Location: USA - Lancaster, Midpoint Dr Division: Solutions Job Posting Title: Director, Finance - 122665 Time Type: Full Time Summary The Finance Director oversees all financial operations of the company and ensures compliance with financial regulations and laws. They are responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, as well as managing the accounting and reporting functions. Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures • Oversee the company's financial planning and budgeting processes • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management • Manage the accounting and reporting functions, including financial statements, general ledger, and accounts payable/receivable • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors Educational background / Work experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • At least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and management skills • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP Preferred Qualifications • CPA or CFA certification is preferred Language skills • Fluency in English is required Computer Literacy • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software and tools.
