They are responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, as well as managing the accounting and reporting functions. Duties and Responsibilities • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures • Oversee the company's financial planning and budgeting processes • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management • Manage the accounting and reporting functions, including financial statements, general ledger, and accounts payable/receivable • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors Educational background / Work experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. • At least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Skills & Competencies • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong leadership and management skills • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP Preferred Qualifications • CPA or CFA certification is preferred Language skills • Fluency in English is required Computer Literacy • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software and tools.
