Full Job Description
THE ROLE

As Director, Finance Business Partner for Technology & Growth, you will serve as the primary Finance partner to Everpure's newly established Technology and Growth Organization, led by our Chief Technology and Growth Officer. This highly visible role will help shape the financial strategy behind new products and business models while owning the planning and operating rhythm for a broad, evolving organization. You will partner directly with senior leaders across Technology and Growth, Digital Transformation and the CIO organization, Enterprise and Commercial Lines of Business, the EXA product business unit, and Corporate Development. This is also a build opportunity: you will establish and lead a Finance team and operating model designed to scale with the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Shape the financial strategy for new and evolving business models within EXA and the broader Technology and Growth Organization, developing pricing, demand, and financial models that evaluate subscription, consumption, licensing, hybrid, and other emerging commercial constructs.
  • Serve as a strategic Finance partner to the Chief Technology and Growth Officer and senior leaders across Digital Transformation, the CIO organization, Enterprise and Commercial Lines of Business, EXA, and Corporate Development, bringing a clear financial point of view to strategic, operating, and investment decisions.
  • Own end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting across headcount, opex, and capex, leading annual operating plans and rolling forecasts while ensuring alignment with company-wide planning priorities and investment decisions.
  • Translate complex financial and operational performance into executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations that inform resource allocation, business priorities, and long-term growth decisions.
  • Partner with Corporate Development and business leaders to evaluate new opportunities, strategic investments, transactions, and complex commercial arrangements, clearly modeling financial implications, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Build and lead the Finance team and operating model supporting the organization, while driving the automation, standardization, and system improvements needed to scale forecasting, reporting, and decision support.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 12+ years of progressively complex Finance experience, with significant experience in Corporate FP&A and/or strategic, business-facing Finance roles and a track record of influencing consequential business, operating, and investment decisions.
  • Strong financial and commercial modeling expertise, including experience evaluating pricing, demand, investment scenarios, and complex business models or commercial structures such as subscription, consumption, licensing, or other recurring-revenue arrangements.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives across complex organizations, translating financial and operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and tradeoffs that shape decision-making.
  • Experience navigating complex commercial or contractual arrangements and evaluating their financial implications, with the judgment to balance strategic opportunity, financial risk, and long-term business value.
  • Demonstrated experience building, leading, and developing high-performing Finance teams, including establishing effective operating models, processes, and ways of working in an evolving business environment.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities; experience with enterprise planning platforms such as Anaplan and ERP systems such as NetSuite is valuable in supporting a complex planning environment.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
