Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelor's in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) preferred.
• 5 years' experience in healthcare facilities management is essential.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission, NFPA, and regulatory standards for healthcare facilities is required.
• 3 years' experience in a large, multi-campus healthcare system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct facilities operations, strategic planning, and budget management ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee staffing lifecycle including hiring, coaching, training, and performance management for operational efficiency.
• Manage major infrastructure and construction projects, supervise vendor bids, and ensure contract compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Provide customer-centric leadership using advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
