Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Director, Executive Clinic Operations, you will be a central figure providing strategic leadership and comprehensive operational oversight for our executive or specialized ambulatory clinics, ensuring the delivery of a premium, highly personalized patient experience and unparalleled operational efficiency. You will play a vital role in elevating service standards and driving growth within a distinct clinical service model.Every day, you will expertly manage multidisciplinary teams within the executive clinic setting, collaboratively developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize patient flow, VIP patient access, clinical efficiency, quality outcomes, and financial performance. You will also oversee facilities management, ensure seamless coordination between specialty providers, address unique patient needs, and continuously drive innovation while upholding the highest standards of discretion, service excellence, and patient satisfaction within this exclusive environment.To be successful in this role, you will combine robust healthcare leadership experience, a proven track record in managing high-end ambulatory clinics or specialized patient services, and an exceptional ability to inspire and empower diverse clinical and administrative teams.   • Strategic Operational Leadership: Directs, integrates, and standardizes care center operations and service line programs across assigned areas, driving improvement in productivity, patient/provider satisfaction, and community relations.
  • Performance & Compliance Oversight: Establishes and monitors performance metrics, ensuring care centers meet operational, financial, quality, safety, and regulatory standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Manages comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, revenue cycle, resource allocation (staff, equipment, space), and cost-effectiveness to optimize care delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Leads, mentors, and develops care center management staff and employees, fostering a patient-focused culture, resolving issues, and building a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Growth: Builds strong relationships with hospital leadership, providers, and internal/external partners to drive strategic growth, provider recruitment, effective onboarding, and community engagement.
  • System Integration & Efficiency: Ensures care centers utilize appropriate systems, technology, and infrastructure, integrating clinical information and operational tools to maximize efficiency and effective management.

 

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelors in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field 
  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing multiple, large-scale, complex projects
  • Experience managing large multispecialty group practices across multiple geographic locations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead productive complex teams, which could include leaders of teams and teams and teams located in various geographic locations.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage provider relations.

  • Demonstrated expertise of medical group operations and effective leadership within an Integrated Delivery System.

  • Proven expertise in driving effective business and management strategies, including capital and expense budgeting, cost accounting, professional and patient billing.

  • Is a visible, results oriented, and nimble leader with a reputation of doing what it takes to get the job done while ensuring strong interpersonal relationships; puts the interests of the organization ahead of personal interests.

  • Employs a style that is transparent, credible, and focused on relationship building, influence, conviction, innovation and integrity.

  • Effective knowledge of computers, systems and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, data base, clinical information systems, electronic medical records, billing systems, and other application packages to perform all required responsibilities.

  • Health insurance knowledge of HMO, PPO and capitated risk plan contracts as they relate to providers and practices.

  • Masters in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field 
  • Previous out-patient leadership experience
  • Registered Nurse: CA
  • Licensed Practical Nurse: CA
