What You'll Do- Lead enterprise-wide capital planning and project portfolio management.
- Develop and maintain a rolling five-year capital investment roadmap.
- Establish PMO governance, project standards, reporting structures, and execution frameworks.
- Partner with plant leadership to identify and prioritize strategic investments.
- Oversee major facility, utility, infrastructure, automation, and production equipment projects.
- Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Drive project execution excellence across multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Improve organizational capabilities through standardization, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
