  • Drive long-term technical planning, including technology roadmaps, organizational design, succession planning, and capacity planning.
  • Champion innovation by driving adoption of emerging technologies, modern tools, and improved ways of working while ensuring delivery accountability.
  • Provide executive leadership oversight across engineering activities spanning four business units.
  • Ensure delivery excellence across cost, schedule, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Establish governance models, metrics, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution and accountability across teams.
  • Own resource planning, prioritization, and allocation to optimize delivery against business and program commitments.
  • Standardize engineering processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability across the Sector.
  • Build and develop a strong leadership pipeline and high-performing engineering organization.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements including ITAR, and related industry standards.
  • Proven success leading technical strategy, product development, operational transformation, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
