Full Job Description
Job Details - Lead employee technology enablement programs for Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365, and other workplace technologies. - Manage project plans, stakeholder coordination, communications, learning activities, and adoption strategies that drive awareness and utilization. - Assist in the delivery of technology upskilling content, including AI literacy, digital skills training, role-based learning pathways, and partnerships with providers such as BrainStorm. - Facilitate District Manager training, Copilot training, and employee office hours that drive adoption and proficiency. - Develop communications, campaigns, and change management strategies that support technology adoption in partnership with Corporate Communications. - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and create reporting and surveys on adoption efforts, engagement trends, and program effectiveness. - Provide recommendations to improve employee experience, workforce effectiveness, and technology adoption. - Lead the AI Coach Network and technology champion communities to encourage peer learning, knowledge sharing, and technology adoption across the organization.
