Full Job Description
The Director, Employee Experience is responsible for driving engagement and effective use of workplace technologies that enhance productivity, collaboration, learning, and the overall employee experience. This role leads employee enablement efforts for Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Amplify, Headshot AI Pro, BrainStorm, and future workplace technologies through communications, learning programs, change management, and employee engagement strategies. This role helps employees confidently adopt new technologies, embrace new ways of working, and build the skills needed to be successful in a rapidly evolving workplace.

Job Details

  • Lead employee technology enablement programs for Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365, and other workplace technologies.
  • Manage project plans, stakeholder coordination, communications, learning activities, and adoption strategies that drive awareness and utilization.
  • Assist in the delivery of technology upskilling content, including AI literacy, digital skills training, role-based learning pathways, and partnerships with providers such as BrainStorm.
  • Facilitate District Manager training, Copilot training, and employee office hours that drive adoption and proficiency.
  • Develop communications, campaigns, and change management strategies that support technology adoption in partnership with Corporate Communications.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and create reporting and surveys on adoption efforts, engagement trends, and program effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations to improve employee experience, workforce effectiveness, and technology adoption.
  • Lead the AI Coach Network and technology champion communities to encourage peer learning, knowledge sharing, and technology adoption across the organization.


Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and training delivery skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from frontline employees to senior leaders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, practical communications and learning experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using adoption metrics, employee feedback, surveys, and reporting to drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and emerging workplace technologies.


Work Experience &/or Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Organizational Development, Education, Technology, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in employee experience, communications, change management, workforce development, learning and development, technology enablement, project management, or related fields.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving employee engagement, technology adoption, or organizational change.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience with workplace technology, learning programs, employee communications, or adoption initiatives preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or employee engagement platforms preferred.
