The Director is responsible for staff management, budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and achievement of departmental goals. This role partners with physicians, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, promote professional practice, and support continuous improvement within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications for the Job:- Preferred Experience: Five (5) years' standard-level licensed experience in applicable department (Ex. Registered Nurse, BH Clinician). Two (2) years of supervisory, management, or charge experience
- License: Current State of Alaska Registered Nursing License
- Substitution: Master's in Healthcare Administration and previous experience in specialty area
- Certification(s): BLS
