  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with CMOs, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant execution.
  • Monitor logistics performance, inventory movements, shipment status, and operational KPIs to ensure supply reliability and continuous improvement.

Supply Network Scaling & Launch Readiness
  • Develop and implement scalable distribution and logistics processes that support supply network expansion and commercial growth.
  • Ensure distribution and logistics capabilities are aligned with launch readiness requirements and evolving commercial needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support uninterrupted supply during clinical-to-commercial transition and ongoing commercialization activities.

Trade Compliance & Regulatory Execution

  • Create, review, and maintain import/export documentation required for customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
  • Support entity registrations and trade-related license applications, including VAT and EORI registrations, as required.
  • In collaboration with Finance, ensure accurate determination of product classifications, country of origin, and customs valuation.

Cross-Functional & External Partnership
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Quality, and external advisors to enable compliant and efficient cross-border material movements.
  • Support establishment and maintenance of intercompany and vendor agreements related to material ownership, Incoterms, and trade responsibilities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate logistics and trade compliance risks across the global supply network.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to support operational excellence.

Education and Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or trade compliance within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another regulated industry.

  • Strong knowledge of international trade compliance, including import/export operations, Incoterms, customs processes, and material classifications.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable, cross-functional processes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across complex supply networks.
