Position Overview

TheGlobal Clinical Supplies Digital Transformation Leader will be responsible for delivering high-impact digital initiatives in support of the GCS digital roadmap. This role will own the strategy and execution framework for specific pillars of the GCS digital roadmap and will focus on translating strategic vision into operational reality.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Clinical Supply Systems, this role will collaborate closely with relevant IT teams, GCS business representatives and leaders, DSCS Digital Technologies, Global Clinical Trial Operations, and external vendors to deliver digital solutions on time, on budget, and at scale.

Primary Activities include, but are not limited to:

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the execution of critical, high-priority digital initiatives defined within the GCS digital roadmap
  • Drive project delivery from business-case development through implementation and hypercare.

Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Orchestrate matrixed teams comprising GCS business experts, Enterprise IT partners, data scientists, and external software vendors to deliver specific digital capabilities, aligned with business needs

Technology Adoption and Change Management

  • Coordinate the change impact assessments and end-user adoption strategy with relevant business stakeholders, ensuring GCS teams are trained and equipped to leverage new capabilities.

Value & Metric Tracking

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned digital projects to measure user adoption, process efficiency gains, and return on investment (ROI).

SDLC and GxP Support

  • Ensure that GCS owned systems comply with relevant GxP requirements (if applicable), and contribute to relevant SDLC deliverables in collaboration with IT partners.

Required Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills)

Education:Bachelor99s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of10 years of progressive experiencein the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum of5 years of hands-on experience leading major technology implementationsor digital transformation initiatives within a clinical supply chain, clinical operations, or pharmaceutical supply chain environment.

Technical & Project Delivery:Strong track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects usingAgile/Scrum or waterfall methodologies. Understanding of ERP systems (SAP), RTSM/IRT systems, or advanced data platforms is highly preferred.

Influencing & Collaboration:Proven capability toinfluence and manage cross-functional stakeholdersacross business and IT domains without direct line authority.

GxP Knowledge:Strong understanding ofGxP requirements, computer systems validation (CSV) practices, and pharmaceutical data privacy standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Master99s or MBA).
  • Professional certifications in project/product management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Product Owner) or Change Management (Prosci).
  • Prior experience delivering AI/Machine Learning pilots or robotic process automation (RPA) in a clinical environment.
  • Prior experience with clinical supply planning systems

The salary range for this role is

$173,200.00 - $272,600.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee99s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
