JOB SUMMARYAs the Director, Corporate Facilities you will be responsible for providing a safe and comfortable working environment for all occupants and maintaining well-organized facility operations/ maintenance programs focused on preserving and enhancing value of Foundever facilities. You will ensure compliance with relevant in-country legislation in terms of statutory maintenance, health, safety, and environmental Management. As part of your role you will also carry out assignments requiring comprehensive knowledge related to asset lifecycle management, energy efficiency, and renewable/carbon offsets. Managing delegated staff members and sub-contractors to ensure services are delivered in accordance to service level agreements and in support of the regional facilities team will be included in your scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Initiate, direct, monitor and control daily performance of operations, maintenance and facility team members and ensure that all activities are performed.
- Deliver the plan preventive maintenance and ensure all work orders and assignments are completed.
- Inspect facilities on an on-going basis to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of all facility personnel and level of service provider.
- Responsible for condition surveys (as needed) and populating the forward maintenance data base.
- Take on ownership for any incident and ensure prompt escalation and undertake a command and control capacity working with peers, direct reports and subcontractors to steer the incident to closure.
- Manage all changes within the critical environment and ensure proper documentation, notification period and approvals are obtained from stakeholders.
- Submit/update regular operational reporting for each building in the assigned sub-region.
- Coordinate with team members (based in other locations) for the collection and consolidation of monthly operating and performance related reporting across the wider Asia Pacific region. Involves collaboration with other Facilities Management colleagues for the collection of data and information and assembly of same into client ready reporting templates and summaries.
- Develops and presents monthly financial reports to Ameripac Leadership. Assembles annual SGA and CAPEX budgets
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIESAt least 5-7 years of facilities management experience, with 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience, preferably in a BPO CX Setting.
Preferred Degree or Higher Education Qualification in Facility/ Property Management, Building Services or its equivalent and/or equivalent experience;
