Division: L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division (LDB)

Reports To: VP, Strategic Partnerships

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Travel Requirement: 50-60%.

What You Will Learn:

The Director of Corporate Accounts is a strategic growth architect responsible for deepening partnerships and accelerating performance across SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science's most valued accounts - blending commercial excellence, science-based storytelling, and collaborative leadership to elevate the brand's presence and profitability.

Role Overview:

The Director of Corporate Accounts serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving growth, profitability, and long-term partnerships across SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science's most influential professional accounts. This individual will manage relationships with national medspa groups, dermatology networks, and corporate partners to ensure alignment with the brand's science-based, physician-dispensed business model.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for top-tier national accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations, partnership planning, and annual joint business reviews (JBRs).
• Collaborate with the Business Development, Marketing, and Education teams to activate marketing and training programs that drive sell-through.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with field sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain functions.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of partner business models, strategic priorities, and market trends.
• Drive operational excellence through forecasting, reporting, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Champion the SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter brand values and clinical positioning within partner networks.

KPI's:
• YOY revenue growth by account
• Partner retention and satisfaction
• Program activation and marketing adoption rates
• Gross-to-net improvement and profitability metrics
• Forecast accuracy and operational compliance
• Contribution to national revenue targets

What We Are Looking For:
• 10+ years of experience in national account management, business development, or key account leadership roles within the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or skincare industries.
• Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and performance reporting tools (Power BI preferred).

  • Experience with Google's G-Suite and/or Microsoft's Office products.
  • Documented track record of successful sales experience and past President's club winners preferred.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
