Posting Salary Range: $84,405 - $112,889

What We're Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Director, Communications & Marketing - Brand & Governance & Content to join our team! The Director, Communications & Marketing leads communications and marketing operations and is accountable for execution of messaging, brand standards, and stakeholder engagement activities. The role directs communications strategy, manages staff, and coordinates cross-functional efforts to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective delivery of internal and external communications.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Lead communications and marketing operations, including staffing, workload, and departmental priorities.
  • Develops and executes communications and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Directs development and distribution of communication materials, including publications, presentations, and media content.
  • Establishes and maintains brand standards and ensures alignment across all communications channels.
  • Oversees website strategy, content, and performance to ensure accurate and consistent information.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of progressive experience in leading communications, public relations, or social marketing programs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
