As Director, Communications, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and lead integrated communications strategies that translate business priorities into clear, compelling narratives. You will help strengthen alignment across the Domino's system, build trust with key stakeholders and protect and enhance the reputation of one of the world's most recognized consumer brands. You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with partners across business units, moving between long-term planning, executive counsel and fast-moving business or reputational issues.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic counsel, messaging guidance, stakeholder engagement support and communications planning. Lead integrated strategies that align business priorities, culture, purpose and performance across corporate team members, franchisees, store teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support and protect Domino's reputation through proactive storytelling, coordinated external communications, issues preparedness, crisis communications planning, stakeholder coordination and rapid-response messaging during sensitive or business-critical situations.
  • Develop executive communications and thought leadership strategies for senior leaders, including speeches, presentations, town halls, leadership meetings and other high-profile engagements.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing communications team by establishing clear priorities, operating rhythms, accountability and growth opportunities while fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Partner with franchisees and Operations leaders to translate business strategies, operational priorities and complex initiatives into clear, coordinated and actionable communications that drive understanding and execution across the Domino's system.
  • Manage and optimize communications channels, content strategies and audience engagement approaches, using data, feedback, performance metrics and insights to improve effectiveness and refine strategy, channels, content and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide strategic oversight of storytelling, content and creative execution, ensuring communications are compelling, audience-focused and aligned with the Domino's brand.

  • Experience supporting major business initiatives, organizational change, issues management and crisis communications.
  • Ability to understand how communications can contribute to alignment, execution, reputation and business performance.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion and composure, particularly when managing confidential, sensitive or rapidly evolving matters.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build trusted relationships across functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong people leadership skills and a record of developing engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, estimated at less than 10% of the role.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a consumer-facing, retail, restaurant, franchised or multi-unit business.
