Responsibilities

• Manage team of employees responsible for including but not limited to collection of aged receivables, client invoicing and Hybrid Update and Billing• Avoid Bad Debt expense as it pertains to collection of aged receivables • Perform adhoc receivable analysis and provide tranding and reporting upon request• On a periodic and consistent basis, measure, monitor and report performance objectives for team• Ensure quality and productivity goals are met• Maintain 90% or greater audit quality while performing in a high-paced environment including research • Manage portfolio to ensure all invoices are billed timely and in conjunction with signed client business rules• Identify areas of improvement/opportunity to enhance workflow efficiency• Lead/Assist with development and implementation of process efficiencies• Responsible for identifying and reducing areas of financial exposure• Responsible for human resource matters such as hiring, coaching, corrective actions and performance reviews, training and team building.• Develop and maintain client relationships• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; plus 4 years of related experience (such as mortgage, construction, research, etc.) Or related college degree; plus 2 years of related experience (such as mortgage, construction, research, etc.) • Must have proven experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Windows, Word and Excel) and a strong computer background with the ability to learn in house based software applications • Strong skill sets related to vocabulary and professional communications skills, multitasking, organization and attention to detail• Must be as self-starter and able to work in both an independent and team orientated environment• Ability to work independently and effectively within time constraints in a deadline driven and fast paced environment• Able to confidentiality and effectively interact with multiple departments and vendor/supplier network at all levels both verbally and written• Must have strong communication skills• Basic mathematical skills required• Knowledge of investor guidelines is preferred
