Role Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic, execution-oriented, and creatively exceptional Chief of Staff to support the Vice President of Employee Experience and the senior leadership team of a 250-person global Employee Experience function. This role operates as a force multiplier for executive effectiveness, business rigor, and experience quality across operations, transformation programs, and enterprise-wide initiatives impacting 70,000 employees globally.

In addition to traditional Chief of Staff responsibilities - including executive prioritization, operating cadence, portfolio management, and leadership enablement - this role will serve as a design and experience thought partner. The successful candidate will raise the bar on how we "go to market" with HR: shaping narratives, crafting compelling executive materials, influencing user experience decisions, and maintaining a cohesive brand and storytelling approach for Employee Experience.

This is a Director-level role, reports directly to the VP, and is a core member of the Employee Experience Senior Leadership Team.

Why This Role Matters

This role is central to how Employee Experience operates, evolves, and shows up to the company. It is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, design, AI transformation, and executive leadership - and to materially shape how 70,000 employees experience work.
