Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. As a member of the Change, Business Engagement and Adoption Leadership Team, you will design and implement

transformative change strategies, influence business leaders and organizations, and embed a culture of agility and continuous improvement across a sophisticated global enterprise. As a trusted advisor, you'll craft impactful strategies, resource plans, and partner engagement models; lead efforts to standardize global processes and establish balanced change practices-translating sophisticated organizational change into scalable, measurable initiatives aligned to business goals and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with business partners and site nodes across the network early and throughout the program lifecycle to define desired outcomes, shape business readiness strategies, identify change drivers and dependencies.
  • Serve as trusted advisor and role model-influencing senior leaders, building credibility, and fostering a culture of transformation, continuous improvement and agility.
  • Lead key assessment activities (process walkthroughs, partner interviews, workshops) to identify high-impact change requirements and prioritize interventions.
  • Partner to build business resource plans to optimally support vital engagement across program lifecycle.
  • Design and own strategic change plans that align with program roadmaps, including risk mitigation, prioritization, and integrated readiness schedules for releases.
  • Partner with the business and sites to ensure effective Business Continuity Plans and cutover plans are prepared; performing gap analysis, facilitating table top exercises as well as ensuring inventory build up and shutdown/start up approaches are accounted for.
  • Lead a high-performing team in translating assessments into practical change artifacts-persona definitions, journey maps, impact assessments, adoption KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Shape and partner to deliver change plans and activities to ensure synchronized timing of communications, training, staffing, and operational readiness. consistency across streams and releases.
  • Lead change network activites in support of assigned releases and / or functions to ensure early business awareness, readiness and adoption.


Qualifications:

Education:
  • Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required
  • Bachelor's / University or higher degree is strongly preferred, with a focus in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Engineering, or Organizational Psychology


Experience and Skills:

Required:
  • At least (10) years of relevant leadership experience driving large scale transformations, change strategy and realization efforts at global scale
  • Consistent track record as change and/or business readiness leader on global transformational projects; with validated hands on experience with methodologies and techniques
  • Forward looking with a broad view and capable of aligning organizational change strategies across the end-to-end business continuum - Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, Finance, etc.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions (with particular experience in MAKE / Manufacturing site operations)
  • Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal skills, & ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences at varying levels; with a consistent record to influence and engage partners at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, savvy at identifying risks and devising effective mitigation strategies across sophisticated problems
  • Ability to build deep networks and crafts future opportunities for enhanced business results

Preferred
  • Experience working in a sophisticated, multi-ERP / system environment and proven experience with large-scale SAP ERP replacement project(s)
  • Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$150,000.00 - $258,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
