Full Job Description
The Position:

We are seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead and scale the operational foundation of our U.S. business. This role is responsible for ensuring execution is consistent, data-driven, and profitable across our Consulting, Systems Integration, and Service organizations.

As the operational backbone of the company, you will define how work gets done-from planning and delivery through billing, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with executive leadership to provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities-enabling smarter, faster decisions as we scale.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President, US

What you will be doing:

Drive Operational Excellence
• Define workflows of data from sale through delivery and revenue recognition
• Establish and enforce standardized processes, workflows, and systems across the organization
• Lead initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and operational maturity

Lead Project Performance & Controls
• Monitor project performance across cost, schedule, and margin
• Identify risks, trends, and variances-and drive corrective actions
• Provide leadership with clear insights into delivery health and execution performance

Own Data, Reporting & Insights
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data across systems (ERP, PSA, PM tools, HRIS)
• Lead the development and management of dashboards, forecasts, and executive reporting
• Deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions

Oversee Billing & Revenue Enablement
• Ensure billing is accurate, timely, and aligned to project delivery
• Manage billing forecasts and variance analysis
• Partner with Finance to support revenue recognition compliance

Lead Procurement & Vendor Strategy
• Oversee purchasing strategy, vendor management, and spend controls
• Partner with teams to balance cost, availability, and quality
• Drive accountability and discipline in organizational spending to maintain adherence and audit readiness.

Manage Inventory, Logistics & Facilities
• Own inventory cycle counts, logistics, and consumables spend analysis
• Ensure accuracy, minimize loss, and improve utilization
• Oversee facilities operations and shared services for efficiency, compliance, spend trends and analysis

Experience, Skills, and Attributes you will need to be successful:
• Proven leadership experience in business operations, project controls, or operational management within a complex organization
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes, systems, and operational frameworks in a growth environment
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including forecasting, margin analysis, and KPI management
• Experience working with and governing ERP, PSA, and data/reporting systems
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making
• Strong systems-thinking mindset, connecting workflows, tools, and performance metrics
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
• High level of organization, structure, and execution discipline with strong attention to detail
• Results-driven and accountable, with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

WORKWEEK & HOURS: 40 hours - Mon Fri. A flexible schedule is required
• Typical hours are between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Occasionally, planned travel will be required
