Required Experience- 10+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience with significant Product Management leadership specifically with the state of California.
- Proven success leading product strategy, portfolio performance, profitability, and distribution initiatives.
- Experience managing Product Managers, Analysts, or multi-functional product teams.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, underwriting, pricing, claims, regulatory compliance, and distribution models.
- Demonstrated success driving profitable growth through data-driven decision making.
- Experience launching new states, products, programs, or distribution initiatives preferred.
- Executive-level leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- California insurance market experience strongly preferred.
What You'll Lead: Enterprise Product Strategy- Develop and execute product strategies that accelerate profitable growth and increase market share.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and create roadmaps for future expansion.
- Guide product innovation, enhancements, and competitive positioning.
- Partner with executive leadership to align product initiatives with enterprise goals.
Distribution Growth & Market Expansion- Drive expansion of Aspire's distribution footprint through strategic agency and broker partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen market penetration and diversify distribution channels.
- Evaluate market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and distribution performance.
- Support state expansion and new program launches.
Profitability & Performance Management- Own oversight of product performance, portfolio health, profitability, and growth metrics.
- Partner closely with Underwriting, Actuarial, Analytics, Claims, Marketing, and Operations leaders.
- Leverage advanced analytics to identify opportunities, risks, trends, and operational improvements.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve underwriting results and long-term business performance.
Innovation & Transformation- Champion scalable, data-driven business solutions that support continued growth.
- Lead modernization efforts involving business intelligence, reporting, automation, and analytics.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
Leadership & Talent Development- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Analysts.
- Build organizational capabilities that support future growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership.
