Director of Operations, Ambulatory Specialty Network to lead operations across multiple specialty ambulatory sites and help shape the future of healthcare delivery.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and executives to drive access, growth, quality, patient experience, operational excellence, and financial performance across the network.
What You'll Do- Lead multi-specialty ambulatory operations across a regional network.
- Champion an exceptional patient, caregiver and consumer experience.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve access, quality, safety, efficiency, and growth.
- Standardize workflows and operational best practices across sites.

What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
