Full Job Description
Position Overview:

Lilly is seeking a Director, AI Evidence Registry that develops and maintains a structured, AI-ready body of clinical evidence on Lilly medicines, built for both human readers and large language models. This person defines the structure, standards, and quality of the evidence that powers the program.

How You Will Succeed
  • Develop and maintain a structure, corpus of Lilly clinical evidence, optimized for accurate retrieval and interpretation by large language models.
  • Partner with business units and relevant teams to define the standards and quality controls that govern the registry as it scales across the portfolio.
  • Determine what evidence is eligible for external release, working with legal, and regulatory to confirm disclosure status and non-promotional standards before delivery
  • Keep the registry current as new clinical evidence emerges


Basic Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree in Data Sciences, Clinical Informatics, Computer Science, Biostatistics or Bioinformatics
  • 8 years of experience in data science, statistical programming, biostatistics, or clinical informatics
  • 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare provider settings.


Additional Skills/Preferences:
  • Experience authoring data specifications or interface specifications used by software engineering or data engineering teams.
  • Experience producing analysis datasets, tables, figures, and listings from clinical trial data used in regulatory submissions or publications.
  • Experience with CDISC data standards such as SDTM, ADaM, and CDISC controlled terminology.
  • Experience with linked data or semantic web standards such as JSON-LD, RDF, OWL, or SHACL, including vocabulary and schema design.
  • Has set technical standards or mentored other technical staff without formal reporting lines


Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$177,000 - $308,000

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
