Your role in our mission- Drive the development of AI-powered solutions, incorporating GenAI for applications like chatbots, documentation tools, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI and GenAI capabilities into Gainwell's platforms, ensuring scalability and alignment with client needs.
- Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish best practices for AI and GenAI deployment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Stay informed about advancements in AI, exploring opportunities to incorporate them into Gainwell's offerings.
What we're looking for- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 3+ years working on GenAI or related technologies.
- Experience integrating AI solutions in healthcare or government systems is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $186,100.00 - $265,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
