This is a unique succession opportunity, providing mentorship and transition support from a long-serving operations executive approaching retirement. Travel, primarily within QC, is required.
Reporting to the President, you will oversee multiple transportation terminals across Quebec, lead a team of operational leaders, and drive performance in service, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution
- Proven success managing multi-site operations
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Experience developing and leading high-performing teams
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Bilingual in English and French
