L'OPPORTUNITÉ

En tant que Directeur(trice) associé(e), Accès au marché et stratégie de remboursement, vous serez amené(e) à :
  • Diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles pour élaborer et exécuter des stratégies globales d'accès au marché et de remboursement afin de maximiser les opportunités auprès des payeurs publics et privés pour les marques attribuées.
  • Développer des propositions de valeur, d'abordabilité et d'accès spécifiques au Canada afin de garantir le remboursement le plus large et le plus rapide possible auprès des formulaires provinciaux, fédéraux, hospitaliers et privés.
  • Collaborer avec les collègues de l'ETS (Évaluation des technologies de la santé / HEOR) pour concevoir des stratégies de soumission auprès de l'ETS et des payeurs provinciaux et privés, et préparer le matériel requis pour des soumissions réussies.
  • Diriger l'élaboration de stratégies de négociation pour les payeurs publics et privés afin d'optimiser les résultats en matière de remboursement.
  • Maintenir une excellente compréhension du paysage canadien du remboursement, y compris les tendances politiques, l'ACM-CDA (Anciennement ACMTS), l'INESSS et les processus de décision provinciaux.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires de la direction médicale, commerciale, des politiques, de la défense des droits des patients et d'autres partenaires interfonctionnels pour aligner les stratégies et atteindre les objectifs de la marque.

Associate Director, Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Associate Director, Market Access & Reimbursement Strategy, you'll get to:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive market access and reimbursement strategies that maximize public and private payer opportunities for assigned brands.
  • Develop Canada-specific value, affordability, and access propositions to secure the broadest and most timely reimbursement across provincial, federal, hospital, and private formularies.
  • Collaborate with HEOR colleagues to design HTA, provincial, and private payer submission strategies and prepare materials required for successful submissions.
  • Lead the development of negotiation strategies for public and private payers to optimize reimbursement outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Canadian reimbursement landscape, including policy trends, CDA-AMC, INESSS, and provincial decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with Medical, Commercial, Policy, Patient Advocacy, and other cross-functional partners to align strategies and deliver on brand objectives.
  • Support the sharing and adoption of access best practices across local, regional, and global teams.
