Le/la Directeur, Gestion de la croissance du revenu de la marque (RGM), joue un rôle clé dans la stimulation d'une croissance rentable en soutenant le développement et l'exécution des stratégies de prix, de promotion et de portefeuille pour les marques assignées.

Responsabilités principales

Innovation et portefeuille (Responsable)
  • Diriger les contributions RGM aux processus d'innovation interfonctionnels (NPI) et aux réunions de catégorie
  • Assurer l'alignement sur les hypothèses de volume, de prix et de marge pour les lancements de nouveaux produits
  • Soutenir la livraison des initiatives d'innovation dans les délais et conformément aux objectifs financiers
  • Suivre la performance post-lancement et identifier les écarts par rapport au plan
  • Soutenir l'optimisation du portefeuille et les recommandations de fin de vie (EOL)

Prix, promotion et performance (Responsable)
  • Surveiller les prix concurrentiels et les activités promotionnelles; identifier les risques et opportunités
  • Soutenir l'exécution des stratégies de prix et de l'architecture prix-format
  • Analyser l'efficacité des promotions et recommander des améliorations

Analyses d'affaires et suivi de la performance (Responsable)

Requirements:
  • Baccalauréat en commerce, finance, économie, marketing ou domaine connexe

Exigences:

The Manager, Brand Revenue Growth Management (RGM) plays a critical role in driving profitable growth by supporting the development and execution of pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies across assigned brands.

This role is highly analytical and cross-functional, acting as a key partner to Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Channel RGM teams. While contributing broadly to core RGM processes, the role also leads innovation-related governance (NPI processes) and ensures robust financial and commercial inputs into business decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Innovation & Portfolio (Lead)
  • Lead RGM input into cross-functional innovation (NPI) processes and category meetings
  • Ensure alignment on volume, pricing, and margin assumptions for new product launches
  • Support delivery of innovation initiatives on time and in line with financial targets
  • Track post-launch performance and identify gaps vs. plan
  • Support portfolio optimization and end-of-life (EOL) recommendations

Pricing, Promotion & Performance (Lead)
  • Monitor competitive pricing and promotional activity; identify risks and opportunities
  • Support execution of pricing strategies and price-pack architecture
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness and recommend improvements

Business Insights & Performance Tracking (Lead)
  • Lead monthly category and business reviews with actionable insights
  • Analyze revenue, volume, and margin performance drivers
  • Track RGM KPIs and highlight gaps vs. targets

Financial Planning & Forecasting (Support)
  • Contribute to the Annual Commercial Planning (ACP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Support forecasting (volume, promotions, financials)
  • Assist in trade spend tracking and optimization

Sales & Commercial Execution Support (Support)
  • Partner with Sales and Channel RGM teams to support pricing and promotion execution
  • Provide analytical inputs for customer planning and SKU-level decisions
  • Support preparation of insights and materials for commercial discussions

Reporting & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and RGM tools
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of analyses
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply teams

Requirements:
