The Team and Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Direct to Consumer (DTC) Gaming Category Manager for Logitech to manage our online business. This role is an ecommerce focused category management role that showcases outstanding balance of ecommerce + product management expertise.
As the DTC eCommerce Category Manager for Gaming in North America, you will own the growth & profitability story for one of Logitech’s most iconic portfolios. You will be the commercial business owner for LogitechG.com in the US and Canada responsible for the full category performance including long term strategy, In-quarter execution and driving a plan to consistently outpace the market with a focus on ecommerce levers and pricing, product, placement and promotions.
This role requires ~15% travel for internal meetings, industry conferences (as required/needed), and on-site customer visits to strengthen partnerships (when required)

In this role, you will:
Drive commercial growth: Own the quarterly & yearly revenue and profitability targets for LogitechG.com across the US and Canada. You keep a daily pulse on key performance indicators, spot trends early, and articulate what interventions are needed. As an ecommerce expert - own all aspects of the product online.
Established track record: Comfortable growing your share within the region and driving key levers across both demand, conversion and upsell.
Build and execute regional plans: Turn global category strategies into high-impact regional plans focusing on promotions, pricing, product and placement across multiple gaming categories. You will own the GTM for our iconic gaming brands delivering through our ecommerce platform.
Master bottom-up forecasting: Manage in-quarter demand forecasts and category outlooks. You partner closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to maintain healthy inventory levels and resolve availability challenges before they impact players.
Lead end-to-end product launches: Ensure 360-degree commercial readiness for major new gaming product launches along with key events through the year.. After launch, you lead post-mortem analyses to turn performance data into actionable insights for future rollouts.
Champion the player experience: Regularly explore and test our digital storefronts from a customer’s perspective. You collaborate with Merchandising and Platform teams to advocate for feature upgrades, site improvements, and UX enhancements.
Connect cross-functional partners: Serve as the go-to regional contact for DTC Gaming, working across analytics, marketing, and global product teams to streamline workflows and unlock new opportunities.
Protect market competitiveness: Track real-time pricing and channel dynamics to ensure our direct experience remains competitive while maintaining healthy margins.
Bring outside in point of view: Incorporate benchmarking information from local competitors as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to define best-in-class customer experience.
Ecommerce Experience: You have proven experience managing the funnel (Spend, Traffic, Mix, Conversion) along with modern Ecommerce KPI (Bounce, Forward progress, Landing Page success, Upsell/Cross Sell, Cart/Conversion)
Category Management Experience: Proven track record of driving a category’s long term growth targets and profitability inclusive of forecasting, 4P management, Omni-channel experience and P&L ownership. Understanding of PC accessories landscape
Project Management Experience: Strong project/program management, marketing skills, consensus building, and an ability to coordinate resources from a variety of supporting teams.
Team Player: Passion to be on a team with the vision to enhance the culture through the way we communicate, connect, and collaborate.
Data inspires your decisions: You easily translate web traffic, conversion funnel metrics, and promotional performance into clear action steps and forecasts. Ability to create strong stories through the use of innovative technologies (such as AI) for presentation purposes.
You are a proactive owner: You don't wait for permission to solve a problem. You are comfortable making decisions, driving alignment across matrix teams, and taking hands-on accountability for outcomes. You are comfortable driving “asks”

Build Partnerships: Experience integrating partnerships (esports or otherwise), talent (influencers), & social media marketing into broader marketing plans/campaigns/events to drive higher reach and engagement.
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Experience with direct-to-consumer web platforms, promotional management tools, and eCommerce analytics suites.
You must be a driven self-starter who can own and drive a clear vision while adapting to a fast-paced market. Organization, details, and deadlines are critical for success.

Location:
This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to work hybrid either from Dallas, Texas OR Doral, Florida OR Irvine, CA or San Jose, CA offices 2–3 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Specific onsite days will be coordinated with your manager and team.
Compensation:
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 114000 and $ 193000, depending on location and experience.
