Full Job Description
This job plans administrative, financial, and operational activities for the regional executive team, acts as a point of contact between top management and employees/stakeholders and oversees projects of high importance, providing guidance as needed. Assumes responsibility for regional operations rhythms and strategic execution processes in alignment with system operational standards and leads regional initiatives on behalf leadership. Job Duties 3 Works to increase the bandwidth of the regional leadership in such a way as to concentrate their time, effort, and priorities on operational initiatives. 3 Leads the coordination, implementation and execution of operational rhythms and processes in alignment with system operational standards. 3 Helps to establish accountability across regional teams by making sure appropriate milestones and measurements are built into business and project plans. 3 Drives cross-functional initiatives and monitors the execution of regional change initiatives with senior leadership. 3 Aligns stakeholders on priorities and outcomes through comprehensive communication plans and rhythms. 3 Synthesizes analysis to deliver actionable, insightful, data-driven recommendations to leadership. 3 Serves as liaison to system shared services and support functions on behalf of the region. 3 Performs other related duties as assigned. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible. NOTE: The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace, especially in an industrial setting, can be and is physically demanding of a worker even though the amount of force exerted is negligible. Normal routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluid or tissue and as part of their employment, incumbents are not called upon to perform or assist in emergency care or first aid.
