Sea Grove Recovery provides substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment. Sea Grove offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available. The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs. In addition to the substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder.

The Director of Nursing actively participates in the facility's leadership functions and collaborates with other leaders in Maintains responsibility for establishing and ensuring implementation of standards of patient care.
The DON will be
Responsible for managing the Registered Nurse (RN) staff and Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) staff.
Responsible for ensuring Nursing and BHT Staff competency in the delivery of patient care by way of training and continous education.
Responsible for ensuring the implementation of infection control practices.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience is required. Previous DON or Nurse Manager experience is a plus.
