Job Description

As a Digital Signage Program Associate within the Digital Signage Program team you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day content strategy and operations of the Digital Signage Program, as well as fostering partnerships with various stakeholders across the firm's community of communicators, local content managers and site leadership.

Job responsibilities
  • Support the design and deployment of new content and campaigns for the global signage program.
  • Partner with communication and technology stakeholders across regions and lines of business.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure global and local content aligns with all branding guidelines.
  • Provide support to local content managers by advising on best practices and serving as the first line of defense when troubleshooting screen issues.
  • Maintain an archive of all published signage and corresponding approvals.
  • Become an expert in the Korbyt content management system.
  • Provide support for the Manhattan Campus digital signage program as needed.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• 5+ years of exceptional writing, proofreading, and copy-editing skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and address issues promptly.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic design skills and proficiency in design software such as Photoshop are required.
