Job Purpose

Lead the management and direction of the team, identifying areas of improvement regarding team performance, value to the customer and relevant processes and procedures. Drive the development of people, processes, and strategy to ensure continued alignment with the strategic initiatives of the department and the company. Partners with sales team, Customer Care team and field to develop key relationships, drive revenue and boost results through analysis and optimization of complex opportunities. Strong leader who can drive growth and lead a team to success. As a leader, create a high-performing, fun, and successful team-based environment.

What you will do...

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital response specialists, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
• Train and onboard new digital response team members.
• Conduct quarterly and annual reviews.
• Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Forecast quarterly and annual sales and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximum impact.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Track and analyze Digital Response team performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
• Provide regular reports on sales numbers, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness to leadership.
• Utilize Herc's sales strategies to generate new business and assist in driving growth.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all lead gen activities.
• Lead daily/weekly teams calls to address outstanding action items and make sure the team is clear on responsibilities, assignments, and priorities.
• Stay updated on product launches and industry trends to ensure the Digital Response team is well-informed and aligned.

Requirements

• 5 -10 years of progressive leadership experience
• Rental industry experience with specific proficiency leading a team, identifying & developing talent.
• Proficiency in CRM software specifically Sales Force.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce

Pay Range: $89,000 - $100,000
