Full Job Description
Summary:

The Digital Product Owner II owns the day-to-day delivery pipeline for a moderately complex product area. This individual functions as both Scrum Master and execution lead for one or more teams, driving backlog health, sprint predictability, and cross-functional alignment. The role requires strong collaboration with Product Managers and domain stakeholders across Digital and IT.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and enforce Agile discipline in the capacity of Scrum Master.
  • Own grooming, refinement, and prioritization of a healthy, actionable backlog.
  • Facilitate estimation, story refinement, and definition of done across delivery teams.
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve delivery risks, scope changes, and blockers.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to align backlog items to business priorities and product roadmap.
  • Champion LEAN delivery practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Legal, CX, and other cross-functional partners to align product dependencies.
  • Proactively surface delivery blockers, risks, and upcoming dependencies.
  • Support release planning, delivery tracking, and overall product readiness.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years as a product owner or similar role.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet this requirement.


Preferred Education and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or technical business analyst.
  • Direct Selling industry experience desirable.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Background in IT, development, or systems implementation.


Supervisory Responsibility:

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, and photocopiers. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees are also expected to work at least one non-convention farm event a year and to work at the annual company convention.

Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee's manager.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities of this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file, and occasionally lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
