Digital Product Manager

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to the eCommerce Product Manager (Manager) and partners closely with business stakeholders and IT value stream owners and teams.

Job Description:
  • Develops and improves doTERRA's digital products in line with user needs and organizational goals. Is responsible and accountable to the business teams to develop and communicate a roadmap for the product. Defines product vision, strategy, features, and functionality.
  • Collaborates with the business and IT teams from product ideation through implementation strategies, timelines, and delivery to ensure the best customer experience possible.


Responsibilities:
  • Develops new software product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect market and user needs.
  • Works with the user research team and business stakeholders to define customer pain points, business needs, and regulatory constraints to develop user stories, customer experience maps, and designs that articulate a product feature solution and interactions.
  • Works with Business Analysts to refine user stories to include acceptance criteria and various use cases including error paths.
  • Reviews proposed solutions with value stream technical lead to ensure feasibility and shared understanding of design and experience.
  • Participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, design, testing, and integration of products as well as the introduction of products to the market.
  • Member of a value stream team that translates customer needs and technology directions into value to the customer.
  • May participate in the creation of documentation or user guides for new products.
  • Tracks key success metrics to measure and track the success of products and features.
