As a Digital Product Manager, you will tackle operational inefficiencies by transforming manual workflows into streamlined, user-centric experiences that scale across the enterprise. You will also serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional departments, solving the hurdles of technology adoption by guiding teams through the practical implementation of emerging AI initiatives.

- Drive measurable improvements in employee productivity by co-creating user-centric interfaces with engineering and UX design teams
- Accelerate organizational AI maturity by acting as a consultant to departments looking to launch intelligent automation and LLM-based solutions
- Optimize the internal user journey through rigorous analysis of system usage data and employee feedback cycles
- Achieve departmental OKRs centered on digital transformation speed, feature adoption rates, and cost-saving process improvements
- Support the enterprise AI enablement strategy by identifying opportunities to integrate automation into standard digital workflows
Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)- A foundational understanding of the digital product lifecycle and agile principles to support efficient development sprints
- The ability to interpret system performance metrics and user feedback into clear requirements for UI and AI prompt improvements

Minimum Requirements- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related analytical field
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, business analysis, or a related internship
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 2 years of exposure to:
- Agile or Scrum methodologies and backlog organization
- Data interpretation using spreadsheets or analytics platforms
- User experience (UX) fundamentals or design-thinking frameworks
