About the RoleParexel is looking for a scientist to join our Translational Medicine team. This role will support our Sponsors in project management and operational execution for Digital Pathology. You will coordinate cross-functional activities related to whole-slide image transfer, vendor follow-up, request tracking, process documentation, and stakeholder communications. Working closely with scientific team members and vendors, you will ensure Digital Pathology workflows are organized, compliant, and executed on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional activities related to Digital Pathology operations
- Manage whole-slide image transfer and tracking
- Follow-up with vendors and manage vendor relationships
- Track requests and maintain request management systems
- Document processes and maintain compliance standards
- Communicate with stakeholders across scientific and operational teams
Work EnvironmentLocation: Rahway, NJ (onsite)
Hybrid: 2-3 days per week onsite preferred.
Schedule: Full-time
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Clinical Trial Operations, Biomarker Operations, Lab Operations, Imaging, and Data Management
- Experience with digital pathology
- Experience in clinical trials
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Life Sciences, Project Management, Clinical Operations, IT, Data Management, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with experience tracking deliverables
Preferred Qualifications- Pharma/biotech industry experience
- Experience with informed consent in clinical trials
- Technical proficiency with:
- Microsoft Lists
- Power BI
- SharePoint and Teams
- AWS/S3-based workflows
- LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
