Full Job Description
Overview

You'll own the platforms that let Bio-Rad capture, govern, and act on digital behavioral data: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, Adobe Target, the enterprise data layer, tag management, and the consent platform.

That means turning business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements into a prioritized backlog and clean user stories. You'll partner with the website and portal Product Owners to align measurement requirements and decide which experiments ship. You'll pressure-test consent rules with Legal and Privacy so every tag, event, and test holds up across GDPR, CCPA, and beyond. And you'll keep a close eye on the signals that matter, like consent capture rates, tag coverage, event accuracy, and experiment velocity, to guide what gets built next.

You'll be the connective tissue across eBusiness, IT, Marketing Analytics, Digital Advertising, Legal, and Privacy, translating competing priorities and regulatory guardrails into a measurement and experimentation ecosystem people can trust.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Set the vision. Define and own the multi-year roadmap for digital measurement and experimentation, aligning it to commercial, marketing, and customer experience goals across Bio-Rad.com and the authenticated portal.
  • Turn complexity into clarity. Translate business needs, customer insights, and regulatory requirements into a prioritized backlog and clean user stories across Adobe Analytics, Data Collection, Target, and the CMP.
  • Solve the compliance puzzle. Build and govern a measurement and consent ecosystem that holds up across GDPR, CCPA, and country- and state-specific rules, without compromising performance, data quality, or growth.
  • Drive growth through experimentation. Use A/B testing and behavioral analytics to help the website and portal Product Owners improve findability, engagement, and conversion on real customer behavior.
  • Protect data integrity at scale. Own the data layer spec, event taxonomy, and tagging governance, and act on the health signals (consent capture, tag coverage, event accuracy) that keep the entire ecosystem trustworthy.

What You Bring:

  • Education/Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field, with 5+ years in digital product management, analytics, or measurement, ideally in a regulated or enterprise B2B environment.
  • Hands-on platform expertise. Deep, practical knowledge of the Adobe stack (Analytics, Experience Platform Data Collection, Target), tag management, enterprise data layer design, and event taxonomy, with the ability to translate technical detail into clear requirements.
  • Privacy and consent fluency. Working command of GDPR, CCPA, and emerging frameworks (IAB TCF, GPP, Consent Mode v2), plus experience operating a Consent Management Platform and partnering with Legal and Privacy on country- and state-specific rules.
  • Product management discipline. Proven success owning a roadmap and backlog in an Agile environment, writing clear user stories, prioritizing competing demands, and shipping measurable outcomes with delivery teams.
