The Opportunity:

Join the Commercial organization shaping how FedEx DataWorks goes to market. As Marketing Principal for Growth, you will be a senior marketing voice driving the digital marketing and lifecycle programs for supply chain intelligence.

Your Mission:

Your mission is to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing and portfolio programs that drive demand, engagement, and qualified pipeline for Dataworks solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead the design, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing programs that drive demand, engagement, and qualified pipeline for Dataworks solutions.
  • Develop and evolve lifecycle marketing programs across the customer journey, including prospect education, lead nurturing, customer communications, retention, and promotional campaigns that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Develop the optimal advertising mix and manage upper-funnel paid marketing activities across search, SEO, paid social, display advertising, third-party media, and digital partner opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-touch digital campaigns that align with go-to-market priorities, target industries, buyer personas, and partner motions.
  • Develop and manage educational webinar programs, including promotion, registration strategy, audience engagement, post-event nurture, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and leverage analytics, attribution, and customer insights to continuously optimize customer journey performance, channel effectiveness, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand & Communications and GTM Marketing to ensure cohesive campaign planning, consistent product messaging, and aligned customer experiences across all digital touchpoints.

Who You Are:
  • You experience in B2B senior marketing roles- ideally in data, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing across paid, owned, and partner channels.
  • Experience developing and optimizing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo Engage, including campaign testing, execution, lead nurturing, customer journey optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Experience managing educational webinar programs and campaigns that support prospect education, customer engagement, and demand generation.
  • Comfortable thriving in a startup-style environment with evolving priorities and the ability to balance planning with hands-on execution.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to leverage AI to improve marketing efficiency and execution.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or related business discipline.

Minimum Experience

You have 7-12 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with significant time in a senior or lead capacity - ideally in data, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS.

Domicile Information

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.

Pay: US Pay Range: $127,981 - $159,976

In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
