Position Overview:

SkinSpirit is seeking an analytical, innovative, and highly strategic Director of Digital Marketing to lead our multi-channel acquisition engine and elevate how we show up across digital touchpoints. This role will drive efficient new client acquisition, deepen engagement, and deliver a seamless digital experience across channels. It will own our full-funnel digital ecosystem - including paid media, SEO, CRM/lifecycle marketing, website operations, and analytics - with accountability for growth, ROI, and long-term scalability. The role will define the strategy, guide execution, and drive a culture of testing, insight generation, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise and an experimental and insights-driven mindset, and thrives in entrepreneurial environments.

Location: This position will be primarily remote with occasional travel required. Preferred candidates will be located in one of the following states/areas: AZ, DC, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.

What You Will Do
  • Lead SkinSpirit's paid media strategy across current and emerging platforms, ensuring strong new client acquisition and efficient cost management
  • Oversee paid media budgeting, including forecasting and spend optimization to maximize ROI
  • Lead SkinSpirit's website strategy and performance - including roadmap prioritization, site functionality, SEO strategy, landing page development, and CRO
  • Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable dashboards and recommendations that influence strategy, creative development, channel investments, and experimentation priorities
  • Evaluate and test emerging platforms, formats and measurement frameworks to unlock new growth opportunities and expand reach
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate an internal team of three while overseeing agency partners across paid media, SEO, and analytics
  • Drive the exploration and integration of AI tools and automation to enhance speed, insight generation, creative iteration, and operational efficiency across the digital team


What You Will Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles, with a track record of driving growth in a DTC environment
  • Deep expertise across core paid media channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, market insights, and audience trends to guide strategy
  • Experience leading web performance and CRM/lifecycle strategy in a multi-location context
  • Ability to set long-term vision and dive into the details to support the team in execution
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and present to senior leaders
  • Deep curiosity and a passion for staying current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and changing platform dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree required
