Your roleAs a
Digital Marketing Communications Manager, your mission is to lead and elevate North America Customer Center's digital presence and marketing impact by driving integrated digital marketing, branding, and creative execution-aligning closely with business priorities, enhancing customer engagement, strengthening brand consistency, and enabling growth through data-driven digital experiences and effective team leadership.
You will
- Deploy the digital marketing strategy for the North America Customer Center (NACC) across email, web, and paid digital channels.
- Collaborate with BLMs, sales managers, and business development managers to align digital programs with local sales priorities and growth targets. (e.g., HubSpot email campaigns, workflows, lead generation and quality control, and marketing pipeline contribution).
- Manage e-commerce, Edwards MyVacuum, and digital conversion initiatives to improve online engagement and revenue impact.
- Oversee digital advertising programs (search, display, social) to support product, service, and brand priorities.
- Drive the Edwards CC North America local web presence, including structure, content strategy, UX, and ongoing optimization.
- Lead SEO, site optimization, and content performance improvements to grow organic traffic and engagement
- Manage social media strategy, content calendar, and performance across relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and more)
- Oversee internal digital communications platforms (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability.
- Collaborate with global divisional marketing/communications teams to align regional execution with corporate brand strategy.
- Ensure all creative output - digital, print, and sales tools - is high quality and on-brand Partner with sales and product teams to develop effective, customer-focused sales enablement and collateral.
- Directly manage and develop a Marketing Graduate - a marketing team member supporting digital marketing, web, social, internal communications, and graphics.
To succeed, you will needEducation level- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)- +5 years experience in marketing communication
Knowledge areas/Skills- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, sales, communications and brand.
- Self-motivated with the ability to generally work unsupervised and use personal initiative in progressing own work.
- A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities, work under pressure and handle variable workloads.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to deal with people effectively and with authority, including at senior management level within the Vacuum Technique and all other external and customer interfaces.
- Show initiative by being personally well organised, including looking for ways of improving processes.
- Advanced skills in MS Office; SharePoint, PPT, Word, Excel.
- Excellent skills of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent skill of marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Leadforensik, etc.,
- Adquate experience in people management preferred
