Full Job Description

The Work:
As a senior Enterprise AI Value Strategist, you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to C suite and operations leaders, helping clients plan, design, build, and ramp next generation manufacturing facilitiesusing the power of AI. The role sits at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, and is responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering large scale greenfield programsand brownfield optimization programs. The Senior Manager will assess growth,buildclient relationships,drive originationandownend to end delivery while building Accenture9s differentiatedmanufacturing capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Data and AI -Led Reinvention for Life Sciences Manufacturing

  • Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AIledbusiness reinvention.

  • Define and structure an organization9s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.

  • Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.

  • Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.

  • Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, developplanfor leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operatingmodelto foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

  • Identify people, processes and technologies to develop andoperationalizeAI solutions.

  • Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

Client Leadership & Growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C suite, operations, and engineering leaders, guidingAI transformationprojects for Manufacturing from concept design through commissioning.

  • Build and expand executive relationships across priority manufacturing accounts, driving sustained growth and value realization.

ManufacturingProgram Leadership

  • Lead end to end manufacturing programsthat integrate engineering, supply chain, digital manufacturing, automation and sustainability in a single transformation vision..

  • Oversee complex, multi partner delivery ecosystemssuch astechnology partnersand cloudhyperscalers

AI-EnabledDigital Manufacturing

  • Drive the design and delivery of AI-poweredmanufacturingsolutionsincluding digital twins, automation, data platforms, and advanced analytics,overseeing junior team members executing the work.

  • Lead the application of generative AI and agent-based modeling to acceleratescalable use cases from shop floor to control tower and beyond -translating complex technical outputs into executive-ready insights.

  • Translate client business challenges into AI/ML use cases; lead proof-of-concept development and manage the path to enterprise-scale deployment.

  • Leverage Accenture's AI ecosystem and partnerships (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, NVIDIA, data/ML vendors) to shape and deliver cutting-edge client solutions.

Practice & Talent Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and inspire high performing engineering and manufacturing transformation teams across adjacent practices.

  • Contribute to capability development, reusable assets, and go 6to-market offerings for Manufacturing.

  • Own financial performance, delivery excellence, and risk management across the portfolio.

Travel Requirements:

Travel is required for this role and could vary up to 50%.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum 8 years of AI & Data experience 6 including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects

  • Minimum 8 years of high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience

    Bonus Points If:

    • Hybrid experience both in consulting and in Life Sciences industry.

    • Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms, factory IT/OT, digital twins, and advanced automation.

    • Expertise in big data technologies,ontology,AI/ML framework

    • Experience inarchitecting foruse cases in Manufacturing

    • Certification in cloud and edge architecture (AWS certified solution architect and/or Azure solution architect expert)

    • You have Azure or AWS cloud experience

    • You have knowledge of edge and cloud capabilities

    • Background working with or managing EPCs and global delivery partners in large scale programs.

    • Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations or managing senior-level stakeholders

    • Engineering problem-solver mindset 6 ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems

    • Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills

    • Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities

    • Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients

    • Strong understandingacrossLife Sciencesmanufacturing, quality and supply chain

    • Strong understanding of modern data and AI strategy, including data mesh, data products,semanticlayers and how these foundations enable AI-drivenmanufacturing use cases

    • Understanding ofGxP and regulatory considerations in pharma manufacturing, and how they shape data and AI solutions
