The Raytheon Digital Technology Site Services Facilities Engagement lead will help drive delivery of Digital Technology capabilities across Raytheon's environments by partnering with Facilities/Real Estate Project Delivery, Engineering, Operations, Security/GSS, Cyber/CDS/Infrastructure (Risk & Resilience), Program Leadership and Architectures to integrate secure, compliant solutions aligned to RTX/Raytheon standards.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide Functional Integration Team (FIT) representation of DT Site Services interests in close partnership with Facilities, Security, and other organizations.
    • Aligning with the FIT process for both capital and expense related projects and inputs
    • Provide and facilitate Digital Technology ROM estimates for cabling and networking based related services for Digital Technology cost inputs rolled up to an Appropriations Request (AR) by Facilities, Operations, Engineering or Digital Technology functions.
    • This includes adherence to RTX standards for projects relating to Digital Infrastructure (networking, AV, and end user work points).
    • Understand alignment of standards to compliance criteria, ensuring traceability for audits.
  • Engage with Digital Technology Program Lead (DPL's) and Facilities Project Managers to support and ensure project execution of Digital Technology scope on specific priorities and FIT requests.
  • Ensure appropriate Digital Technology assets and deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget. This includes some project management activities, scheduling cable vendors, and integration into facilities master schedules to complete Digital Technology related work.
  • Build and maintain strong trust relationships with Enterprise Services and peer functional leaders.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with Asset Management, and outsourced Digital Technology End User and Network vendors.
  • Facilitate Digital Technology Site Services and Infrastructure Services engagement in Site opening / closures.
  • Working knowledge of secure facilities requirements, to understand how to discuss Digital Technology Infrastructure and Facilities requirements.
  • Knowledgeable in reading and reviewing Facilities and architectural drawings, providing electronic comments
  • Assist in managing the budget at a regional level, PO management and invoice approvals, including vendor management.
  • Provide weekly / monthly operational reporting to leadership
  • Requires on-site and remote work to ensure Digital Technology representation and project execution.
  • Some occasional travel is required to other Raytheon US Sites with Factories participating in the Capacity Growth Office Initiatives


Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience managing IT Service vendors / service providers.


Qualifications we prefer:
  • Working knowledge / certificates in networking, telephony, cabling infrastructure.
  • Project Management, strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong business communications and facilitation skills.
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in STEM or IT/Digital related major curriculum.
  • Prior experience supporting an operations & manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and ability to translate strategy to action and results.
  • Project management leadership experience by leading development and execution of complex project plans
  • 10 years' experience; preferably across multiple domain areas such as program management, service management, digital technology, or engineering
  • Experience managing end-to-end services leveraging Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices.
  • Experience improving the product lifecycle (concept through sustainment) by identifying and leading value-added enhancements to key value streams and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience briefing at the executive/business leadership level.
  • Previous success in managing large, complex projects, products, or services simultaneously (with multiple funding sources) and developing creative and innovative solutions for large-scale business challenges.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • Currently active US DoD Secret / Top Secret Security Clearance
  • IT Project Management Certification

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
