Cross-System Process and Data Integration
  • Design and implement connected material workflows across SAP, MES, ELN, BIOVIA, and LIMS, minimising manual handoffs and duplicate data entry.
  • Ensure material master data and approved terminology are embedded at the point of execution through governed ontology, metadata, and reference-data standards.
  • Define required integrations and event flows, including material creation and status from SAP, consumption and genealogy in MES, experimental use in ELN and BIOVIA, and testing and release status in LIMS.
  • Enable contextualised material data to flow to enterprise data platforms for reporting, investigations, comparability, modelling, and AI.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in material visibility, traceability, chain of custody, inventory status, expiry management, and data segregation.

Adoption, Change Management & Value Realization
  • Drive implementation and sustained adoption of standard material management processes and digital capabilities across participating functions and sites.
  • Translate complex cross-functional workflows into practical requirements, user stories, process designs, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate training, communications, business readiness, and operating procedures for new material capabilities.
  • Continuously improve the strategy and roadmap using operational performance, user feedback, data-quality results, and evolving business priorities.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing, laboratory informatics, supply chain, or material management environments.
