Full Job Description
Overview:

At Verkada, we push traditional boundaries, and our B2B growth efforts are no exception. We're looking for a Digital Growth Senior Associate to join our high-performing marketing team-a group with professional experience spanning investment banking, consulting, engineering, and high-growth startups.

Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Marketing, you'll be the person who takes a campaign thesis and makes it real. This is a role for a smart, curious generalist who thinks like a strategist and executes like a founder - someone who wants to learn the craft from senior operators while owning meaningful work from day one. You'll sit at the intersection of product marketing, creative, and digital: synthesizing insights, building campaigns, and personally running the plays across our most important segments and verticals.

Please note that this role is on-site at HQ in San Mateo, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Own digital campaigns end-to-end against a defined strategy - from writing the brief to running the channels to reporting outcomes. You don't just support execution; you ship it.
  • Cross-Functional Insight Gathering: Interview sales leaders, PMMs, and product managers to understand buying dynamics and persona pain points, and translate what you learn into campaigns that resonate with specific personas and verticals.
  • Full-Funnel Execution: Build and run programs across the funnel - top-of-funnel brand, mid-funnel nurture, and bottom-of-funnel conversion. You care about what happens after the click, not just before it.
  • Channel Execution: Hands-on management of paid Search, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels. You'll partner with our digital specialists to test, learn, and scale what's working.
  • Strategic "Drop-In" Execution: Act as a rapid-response growth operator - understand a tactical problem, form a hypothesis, and quickly launch a solution.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with our creative team to brief new assets and give thoughtful, audience-grounded feedback on hooks and visual execution.
  • Experimental Execution: Launch and monitor new channel experiments (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, emerging formats), document what works, and surface patterns the team can scale.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of total work experience, with at least one role that included real ownership over a campaign, program, or initiative - not just execution support
  • Technical mindset: You think in systems and aren't afraid to dive into the mechanics of how a campaign is built. Familiarity with at least one paid channel (SEM, LinkedIn, Meta) is a plus; more important is your willingness to learn the technical "plumbing" of our stack
  • Quantitative fluency: A "math-first" brain. Comfortable with data analysis and reading performance dashboards without prompting. Ready to demonstrate these skills in a technical assessment
  • Elite communication: Strong written communicator - you can write a campaign brief, a landing page headline, and an internal update with equal clarity, and manage relationships across Product Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Marketing Ops
  • Organizational mastery: Manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail; stay vigilant for signs of mistakes or misfires and act quickly
  • Coachability & drive: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn from senior operators. Has a point of view and isn't afraid to share it

Additional Information
  • You must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role, at this time.
