Full Job Description
CLA is seeking a Digital Growth Director - Tekion. This role drives growth for CLA's Tekion practice. It sells Tekion software and services into CLA's existing dealership relationships and wins new logos. This role will work closing with the Tekion partner enablement team.

This role will require dealership background and experience as the accountability will focus on selling Tekion software and complimentary services for dealership customer base.

Essential Job Functions

  • Co-sell Tekion into CLA's existing dealership relationships and find new logos.
  • Work directly with the Tekion sales team and Account Executives (AEs) on joint pursuits and stalled opportunities.
  • Manage database of prospective clients, nurture prospective client relationships and follow up
  • with all prospects
  • Work with existing Tekion customers to find unresolved needs for wrap-around services
  • Own opportunity pipeline progression, next steps, forecasting, and SOW coordination
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead
  • qualification information in CRM application
  • Meet defined revenue goal
  • Create and develop new opportunities necessary to achieve sales goals
  • Partner with the team members to drive pricing and Statement of Work creation
  • Establish the post-sale handoff to delivery and customer success.
  • Develop client references and case studies.
  • Meet defined revenue goal.
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by keeping activity, pipeline, and lead qualification information accurate in the CRM application.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Tekion, CLA Digital solutions, and dealership industry trends.
  • Be persistent with communications and follow up as necessary.


Requirements

Experience

  • 8 years of sales and/or business development experience.
  • Automotive dealership background required.
  • Experience selling DMS or related dealership software required; Tekion experience preferred.


Education

Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Travel Requirements

This position requires significant (>50%) travel.
