Full Job Description
Job Title: Digital Banking Manager

Overview:

As our Digital Banking Manager, you will set the vision and lead the evolution of our digital banking ecosystem-ensuring each interaction is intuitive, secure, and scalable. This role is well suited for a proven leader who operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people leadership, and who can translate market and customer insights into a clear, executable roadmap.

You will lead a high-performing team of analysts and specialists, partner across the enterprise, and convert priorities into measurable results. If you balance innovation with disciplined execution-and enjoy building strong internal and vendor partnerships, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact.

What You'll Do:

Day in the Life - No two days are the same, and that is part of the appeal. You will regularly review digital performance and customer-experience metrics; facilitate working sessions with your team to refine priorities and remove roadblocks; align cross-functional stakeholders on delivery; partner with risk and fraud teams on security enhancements; and manage vendor performance to keep platforms operating at their best.

You are equally comfortable shaping multi-year strategy and diving into the details of a product launch or platform enhancement. Whether you are guiding roadmap decisions, supporting a system conversion, or developing future leaders, your focus remains the same: delivering digital experiences that meet today's expectations while building for what's next.

What It Takes:

Leadership & Core Competencies
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse technical and product-focused teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences.

Technical & Industry Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of digital banking platforms, application ecosystems, and SDLC best practices.
  • Experience with core banking platforms, automation tools, API integrations, and digital operational processes.
  • Solid understanding of payments operations including debit/credit card processing, ACH, checks, and positive pay.
  • Familiarity with fraud mitigation tools, identity protection measures, and digital security requirements.

Additional Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in digital banking, application management, or related product leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading analysts or product/application teams and managing key vendor partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, executive presence.
  • Highly accountable, resourceful, and outcomes-driven, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and focus.

What we can offer you:
  • Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, Life insurance, etc.
  • 25 days paid time off, 11 paid holidays and bereavement leave
  • Educational assistance program
  • Wellness benefits
  • Life event coverage
  • Paid parental bonding leave
  • Service awards
  • Financial benefits including 401(k) match, stock purchase plan and more
  • National and local discounts on everything from computers and vacations to phones and retail shopping.
  • Logo wear discounts
  • Free checking account, checks and discounted bank services
