  • Manage patient care efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.

Description:
Manager interview will be conducted.
Facility overview includes a Level II Trauma Center that receives air flights.
The facility serves a large geographical region.
It is recognized as a Certified Stroke Center.
The hospital has a total of 411 beds.
Minimum required experience is at least 2 years.
First-time travelers will be accepted if they have 2 years of employment experience.
Patient types will be discussed during the interview process.
The average number of patients seen per day will be addressed in the interview.
Specific skills required will be dependent on the needs discussed during the interview.
Support on the unit includes a Lead Tech and physician support.
Technology and equipment used include EMR systems.
Floating may occur between facilities as needed.
Scheduling specifics will be discussed during the manager interview.
Time off requests require manager approval.
Scrub color should be a professional solid color or provided by the facility if needed.
