Description

RiVidium is seeking a DevSecOps Analyst to support our planned MODES III team supporting Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). This role supports IT, Cybersecurity, and Data Operations - Modernization & Innovation and helps deliver mission-focused outcomes for service members, families, and related stakeholders. Leads PWS C.5.3.8 Agile IT Website and C.5.3.11 modernization efforts; maintains privileged pipeline administration, integrates automated security scans aligned to RMF controls, and supports ATO lifecycle sustainment. Ensures 24/7 CI/CD reliability and rapid incident remediation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support secure DevSecOps practices, pipeline activities, and release workflow improvement.
  • Help integrate security checks, automation, and deployment support into delivery processes.
  • Coordinate with developers, cloud engineers, and testers to improve delivery quality and speed.
  • Maintain evidence, documentation, and configuration discipline across pipeline activities.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Senior (10-15 yrs).
  • Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role. For IT and cybersecurity workforce positions, applicable DoD 8140 training and certification requirements will apply upon award.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
  • Hands-on experience with tools, platforms, or engineering practices relevant to the role.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-native engineering, application delivery, automation, or reliability engineering, as applicable to the role.
  • Familiarity with secure software delivery, testing, DevSecOps, or performance engineering practices.
  • Experience supporting modernization efforts in regulated or mission-critical environments.

Work Setting

This role is expected to support work in the Alexandria, Virginia area, with on-site support at the DoD Mark Center or other customer-approved locations as required. Hybrid support in the Alexandria, Virginia area is expected, with on-site support as required by the customer.
