Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Functional roles, preferably within Retail/IS Domain.
• Expertise in site reliability engineering (SRE) as it applies to SAP environments.
• Proficient in producing and defining service level indicators (SLIs) and service level objectives (SLOs).
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and performance in integration platforms.
• Strong leadership skills for guiding a team of support specialists.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high system availability and performance, resolving production issues swiftly.
• Manage incident and change processes, including root cause analysis (RCA).
• Coordinate security validations in line with SAP standards.
• Lead a team and work closely with development teams to implement various improvements.
