Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or similar accredited degree required.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas required, or must obtain within 12 months.
• Minimum of four years of professional civil engineering experience, preferably in local government.
• Strong decision-making skills in civil engineering design and practices essential.
• Demonstrated supervisory and administrative experience in civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design and construction efforts for municipal projects.
