Qualifications

• 5+ years in real estate development, construction management, or design management
• Strong grasp of building systems, construction methods, and design processes
• Sharp budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting skills
• Confidence working with city officials, GCs, and lenders
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead entitlement, permitting, and city approval processes from concept to completion
• Manage design from concept through construction documents, ensuring cost and constructability alignment
• Oversee architects, engineers, GCs, and consultants, resolving conflicts and keeping deliverables on track
• Run monthly OAC meetings; review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
• Conduct site inspections and QA/QC reviews to maintain quality standards
• Build and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and draw schedules in collaboration with accounting team
• Prepare monthly lender draw requests and leadership reports
• Guide projects through close-out and smooth handoff to property and asset management
